genU is seeking a highly skilled administrative professional for the Senior Coordinator within our Access, Enquiry & Operations Support Team to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality front-of-house and operational support services. In this hands-on position, you’ll manage complex enquiries, coordinate key administrative functions, and ensure services run smoothly and consistently in line with genU’s values.

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate front-of-house and enquiry services across sites, acting as the escalation point for complex issues while supporting workflow efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Provide operational and administrative oversight including office coordination, fleet, procurement and compliance processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support people and partnerships by mentoring team members, contributing to training, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting a safe, positive workplace culture.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant qualification in Administration/Business or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail, including document and compliance management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams) and experience managing multiple inboxes and administrative workflows.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

- Experience working with and communication with diverse range of people and with people with disability.
- CareLink or Lumary experience.
- Experience using a CRM system.
