We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Coordinator - Events to join genU’s Brand, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising and Inclusion team on a 12-month parental leave contract.
In this role, you'll help drive brand awareness, engagement and growth through the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional, digital and social media channels.
Working closely with the Events Manager and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll develop and implement marketing and communications initiatives that support genU’s strategic objectives while delivering measurable outcomes. From campaign planning and content creation to digital marketing and performance reporting, you'll play a key role in elevating the genU brand and connecting with diverse audiences.
This role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on delivery, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about creating meaningful impact through effective marketing and communications.

What you’ll do
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you'll:
• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, website, email and traditional channels to support organisational objectives
• Create engaging marketing content, collateral and communications that strengthen the genU brand and customer experience
• Coordinate social media, website content and digital marketing activities, using data and insights to optimise performance
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop communications strategies, campaign messaging and customer journey initiatives
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth
What you’ll bring
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
• Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns across digital, social and traditional media channels
• Strong understanding of marketing and communications principles, including content creation, copywriting and brand management
• Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media platforms and website content management systems
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and project coordination skills, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
