We’re on the hunt for a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Coordinator – Lotteries to lead the marketing efforts for our high-impact charity lottery campaigns. Whether delivered under the genU brand or on behalf of partners, our lotteries play a vital role in fundraising success – and you’ll be at the heart of it.

 

In This Role, You Will:

 

  • Design and deliver marketing strategies for lottery campaigns from end to end
  • Oversee website development, digital campaigns, content creation, and social media execution
  • Manage stakeholder relationships including prize suppliers, creative agencies, and external clients
  • Lead continuous improvement, analyse performance metrics, and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Support financial planning and help drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Coordinate lottery prize draws and manage associated logistics
  • Champion the genU brand and drive best-practice marketing approaches

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, fundraising or FMCG
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong digital marketing, content creation and campaign analytics experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and lead projects autonomously
  • Experience with CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite
  • NDIS Screening Check and Orientation Module Completion (or willingness to obtain)

 

Desirable:

 

  • Experience in charity lotteries or similar campaigns
  • Postgraduate qualifications in marketing or communications
