What you’ll do

As our Senior P&C Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead and support a small team, providing guidance, coaching and subject matter expertise across business partnering.
  • Partner strategically with senior leaders across Victoria to deliver impactful, practical P&C solutions.
  • Provide expert ER/IR advice, confidently navigating complex matters with sound judgement and care
  • Drive key people initiatives including leadership capability, workforce planning, engagement and organisational development.
  • Influence and challenge leaders to build high-performing, inclusive and accountable teams.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience in business partnering or HR leadership roles within large or complex organisations.
  • Proven expertise covering ER/IR, leadership coaching, workforce planning and performance management.
  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying modern awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work legislation in a multifaceted employment setting.
  • Strong leadership capability with proven ability, and an enthusiasm for mentorship and development of others.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
