What you’ll do
As a Senior P&C Business Partner in our team you’ll:
- Lead our small team, as an empowering and knowledgeable subject matter expert on all aspects of business partnering.
- Partner strategically with senior leaders across the VIC region to deliver impactful P&C initiatives aligned to business goals.
- Provide expert employee and industrial relations guidance, supporting leaders through complex matters with confidence, care and sound judgement.
- Lead and embed people programs including leadership development, performance, engagement, workforce planning and organisational development.
What you’ll bring
- Extensive experience in a business partnering or HR leadership roles within complex and large organisations.
- Great leadership capability with the skills and experience to empower, support and develop our team.
- Expertise across ER/IR, leadership coaching, performance, workforce planning and talent strategies.
- Proven ability to influence, challenge and support senior leaders to deliver great people outcomes.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
