genU is looking for a proactive and client-centred Service Delivery Leader to lead and support a team of support workers, nurture a positive and inclusive team culture, and oversee the delivery of high-quality care and services to clients within the disability and ageing sectors.

What you’ll do 

As a Service Delivery Leader in our Tasmania South team, you’ll: 
•    Manage the service delivery coordination of high-quality accommodation and support services, including day-to-day operations, resource allocation, task delegation and prioritisation across service areas.
•    Provide supportive leadership to a team of approximately 55 support workers, fostering a culture of safe, high-quality, person-centred care for our clients.
•    Partner with your team and key genU support staff to ensure all clients have compliant and up-to-date support plans in place, including individual, medical, behavioural, and other health-specific plans.
•    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
 

 


What you’ll bring 

•    Tertiary qualification in disability or related field, with substantial experience in the field and/or equivalent experience in a managerial role
•    2-3 years (minimum) experience in leading teams 
•    Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
•    High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgement
•    Commitment to high-quality service delivery
 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.) 
 

 

Bonus points for

  • Current First Aid and CPR 
  • Assist Clients with Medication 
  • Infection Control
  • Previous experience in a similar role, or a solid understanding of the regulations and standards relevant to the sector.
