What you’ll do

 

As a Service Delivery Leader in our Warrnambool team, you’ll:

 

  • Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver high-quality, client-centred services.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring services run smoothly and in line with regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with clients, families, and stakeholders to develop and implement tailored support plans.
  • Champion a positive team culture focused on continuous learning, respect, and empowerment.
  • Drive service improvements to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency.

 

What you’ll bring

 

As a driven and passionate leader, you’ll bring:

 

  • Experience leading and supporting teams in the disability, ageing, or community services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS and/or aged care standards, with a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving continuous improvement.
  • Relevant qualifications (minimum Cert IV in Disability or equivalent experience) and required checks.
