We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sessional Trainer with a background in disability or aged care services to inspire and upskill the next generation of care professionals. 

 

As a trainer, you’ll share your knowledge, bring industry practice to life, and help learners deepen their expertise to make a real difference in their communities.

What you’ll do  

  

As a Sessional Trainer, you will empower learners to expand their skills and knowledge in the disability sector. In this role, you will: 

  

  • Deliver the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) via face-to-face and online modes. 

  • Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including those new to the industry and existing care professionals.  

  • Share real-world insights from your professional experience to create an engaging, relevant, and practical learning environment.  

  • Collaborate with our training teams to continuously enhance course delivery and learner experience. 

   

 

What you’ll bring  

  

  • Formal industry qualification in aged care, individual support, or disability.  

  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). 

  • Proven experience in the disability or aged care sector. 

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a genuine passion for professional development and lifelong learning. 

  • Confidence in delivering engaging face-to-face and online sessions and managing digital learning tools effectively. 

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
