What you’ll do
As a Sessional Trainer in our team you’ll:

Share your industry experience and deliver Construction White Card training to prepare students for safe work in construction

Plan and deliver engaging training sessions, incorporating practical, hands-on activities and assessments

Support students from diverse backgrounds and experience levels

Help students become job-ready and build lasting confidence

What you’ll bring
-
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) - Essential
-
Recent experience in construction or trades, and CPCWHS1001 White Card
-
Comfortable using everyday tools like drills, saws andother common construction equipment
-
Collaborative and approachable, with strong people skills
-
Well organised and able to take initiative
-
Ability to manage course materials, reporting, and assessments independently.

Confident with tech and online platforms; familiarity with Canvas is a bonus.
Additional requirements
-
Flexibility to travel to different training locations across Sydney or the Central Coast
-
Current driver’s license and your own car for transporting equipment
-
Ability to lift up to 20kg when setting up and transporting tools and materials
-
Positive attitude and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work with people from all backgrounds
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, and Working With Children Check – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
