Hey you!
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Health Care Trainer to join our team! This sessional opportunity offers the flexibility to fit training around your existing commitments while sharing your skills with learners across Queensland, with opportunities to travel nationally available.
At genU Training, our short, practical Training U for Work programs help learners build confidence, gain real-world skills, and take their next step toward employment.
What you’ll do
As a Health Care Trainer, you will:

Deliver training in first aid, manual handling, health and hygiene, facilities cleaning, food safety, and more

Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including new and experienced workers

Bring industry insights into your sessions to create practical, job-ready learning

Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training quality and learner experience
What you’ll bring

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

Recent hands-on experience in the health care field

Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel

Excellent communication, presentation, and digital facilitation skills
-
A genuine passion for education, professional development, and lifelong learning
(You’ll also need a NDIS Worker Screening Check, and the NDIS Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
