We’re looking for a friendly and experienced Hospitality Trainer to deliver Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and our C.A.F.E. microcredential. 

If you know the WA hospitality industry inside out, enjoy sharing your skills, and want to help learners succeed — this is the role for you! 

What you’ll do 

As a Sessional Trainer, you’ll: 

• Deliver the RSA short course that meets industry and regulatory standards 
• Deliver the C.A.F.E. microcredential, teaching hands-on skills in food, beverage, coffee, customer service, and transactions 
• Create welcoming, engaging learning environments where learners build confidence and job-ready skills 
• Manage assessments, reporting, and course materials

What you’ll bring 

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) – essential 
• Strong knowledge of WA hospitality, legislation, and best practice 
• Experience delivering RSA training, must also hold the certificate 
• Hands-on hospitality experience: food, beverage, barista, and customer service 
• Confident, practical trainer who connects with learners from all backgrounds 

Additional requirements 

• Flexibility to travel to different training locations across Perth 
• Current driver’s license and your own car for transporting equipment 
• Ability to lift up to 20kg when setting up and transporting tools and materials 
• Positive attitude and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to work with people from all backgrounds 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, and Working With Children Check – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
