What you’ll do
As a Site Manager you’ll:
• Lead, model, and drive the site’s performance, leadership standards, and positive staff behaviours.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Administrators, Employment Consultants, and PPS Consultants to build a high-performance culture.
• Design and deliver strategies that meet and exceed contractual standards through exceptional client engagement and service delivery.
• Collaborate across the region and state to identify business growth, funding opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support your team to provide tailored, best-practice services to a diverse caseload, ensuring outcomes align with performance and compliance requirements.
What you’ll bring
• Proven management experience in a complex or competitive service environment, with strong leadership and coaching capability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance, outcomes, targets, and budgets with a commercial and innovative mindset.
• High-level organisational skills, professionalism, and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Experience interpreting performance reports and translating insights into strategy and action.
• Commitment to delivering quality employment and training outcomes, particularly for people facing barriers to work.

• A track record of driving cultural change, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Strong financial acumen and experience maximising contractual and site performance.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations or high-volume environments.
