genU is seeking a highly organised Strategy Performance Analyst to analyse internal and external environments and develop practical strategic options. Using research, data, and industry insights, the role supports both long-term strategy and short-term business priorities. Working closely with the Director, Strategy Management, this position helps identify genU’s business needs and develop plans that guide decision-making and achieve organisational goals.

What you’ll do
As a Strategy Performance Analyst in our Strategy and Risk team team you’ll:
- Utilise customer information from CRM data and other customer research to understand trends and opportunities.
- Undertake market analysis/modelling, and consultation with relevant industry groups on where genU could advance its strategic goals.
- Work with management to identify strategic options and possibilities for future development.
- Summarise insights from analysis and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story; and clearly articulate the insights from findings to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Support teams and cross-functional teams on the execution of an implementation, work plan, or other strategic initiative.
What you’ll bring
- Experience across aged care, disability services, community services, advocacy, and/or RTO/education sectors
- Demonstrated success in implementing business initiatives and driving organisational or strategic change
- Strong intellectual curiosity with the creativity to generate innovative solutions to business challenges
- Well-developed critical thinking skills, with the ability to draw sound conclusions from diverse data sources
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders
- Proven capability to research, analyse, interpret, and evaluate information relating to the external environment, industry trends, business opportunities, and strategic options
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
