Pay Range: genU Training Enterprise Agreement General Staff
Not-for-Profit: Salary package up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year plus further meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Acquisition and Solutions Officer.
Based in Bentley – Perth you will work autonomously to nurture prospective students via telephone, while collaborating closely with our Victorian based team to achieve national growth and enrolment targets. This role requires 4 days of office-based work and 1 day of working from home (WFH) each week. You will provide high-quality customer service, drive conversion, and manage inbound enquiries, guiding prospective learners through course and career pathways, and supporting them through the application and enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective learners and answering telephone enquiries from referring organisations.
- Manage and respond to inbound lead generation, maximizing conversion to applications.
- Nurture leads and manage the recruitment pipeline to ensure progression and adherence to contact strategy
- Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) and Student Management Systems (VETtrak).
- Achieve KPIs and micro-conversion targets while supporting the team’s performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Customer Acquisition and Solutions Team, and Training Coordinators, to meet service standards and team objectives.
- Utilise exceptional active listening skills and deliver solution-focused outcomes for all calls.
Essential:
- Previous experience working in roles that require a proactive approach to problem solving and an ability to influence others through strong communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to personal and professional development.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing your own workload while meeting team objectives.
- NDIS Screening Workers Check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain.
Desirable:
- Experience in a call centre environment or education
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce) systems.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and customer service targets.
