Location: Suitable to be worked from VIC, TAS, NSW, WA & SA (3-day on-site induction in Melbourne) 
Salary: 41.84 per hour + super + salary packaging
Employment status: Part-time (20 hours per week)

What you’ll do

As the Success Coach & Retention Coordinator in our team you’ll:

• Coordinate retention activities, support sessions and learner engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with training teams to deliver seamless student support
• Drive positive learner outcomes using coaching, data and insights
• Track student progress and help to keep learners on track
• Analyse surveys and feedback to improve retention strategies

What you’ll bring

• A solid understanding of VET/RTO industries
• A passion for helping people succeed and achieve their goals
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills
• Great communication skills and an ability to build relationships
• Good initiative and an ability to work independently
• Ability to analyse data and report on insights

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

Bonus points for

• Experience in student support, coaching, or a similar role.
