The Support Services team provides a critical service to the business by supporting employees with a disability while at work

As a Support Service Coordinator you will provide high quality individualised support to all employees whilst adhering to the Disability Service Standards. The aim is to support individuals to reach their goals and potential in a supportive and respectful environment

 

The successful applicant for this role will have an ability to juggle tasks and prioritise demands. You must also:

 

  • Hold a Cert IV in Disability / Mental Health or at least 5 years’ experience in an inclusive workplace
  • Significant experience working with people with disabilities or Mental Illness in a workplace including knowledge of a broad range of disability types, complex behaviours and associated issues
  • An understanding of NDIS funding arrangements and industry standards
  • Must have or be wiling to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
