Key Responsibilities
As a Support Services Coordinator, you will but not limited to:
- Use customised employment models of services delivery to support people with disabilities to work towards employment goals.
- Stay informed on current sector reforms and government regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with supported employees, supervisors, managers and other key supports to develop, update and review individualised discovery and employment plans that align with goals and needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes, and contribute to client planning and compliance requirements.

- · Collaborate effectively with participants, families, employers, and support networks to create and maintain tailored employment plans.
- · Design and facilitate capacity-building activities that build skills, confidence, and pathways to open employment.
- · Stay up to date with sector reforms, funding requirements, and best practices to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

You will need the following or be willing to complete:
- Certificate IV in Mental Health/Disability or equivalent;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate;
- Reliable Car with Driver’s License and Comprehensive Insurance.
