What you’ll do
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor in our Talent Acquisition team you’ll:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and find amazing candidates who align with genU’s values.
- Run end-to-end recruitment — from job briefs to contracts — with plenty of support from our People & Culture team.
- Coach and guide leaders on effective recruitment practices.
- Build and nurture talent pools so we’re always one step ahead.
- Keep things compliant, inclusive, and aligned with genU’s values.
What you’ll bring
- A customer-first mindset and collaborative business partnering style.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills — across teams, levels, and locations (we love a good Teams chat as much as a coffee catch-up!).
- Experience juggling both volume and corporate recruitment.
- Excellent time management — we trust you to get the job done without micromanagement.
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Experience with Success Factors
- Recruitment experience in Aged Care, Disability or the Health Care sectors.
