Talent Acquisition Lead

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a small team and partner with hiring leaders and drive recruitment outcomes across a diverse range of roles and services.

As our TA Lead you'll:

• Lead and support a team of Talent Acquisition Business to deliver great recruitment outcomes
• Partner with leaders to provide expert advice on attraction, recruitment and workforce planning
• Drive end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles and business areas
• Lead talent attraction initiatives, sourcing strategies and employment branding activities
• Use recruitment data and insights to identify opportunities and improve hiring outcomes
• Champion a positive candidate and hiring manager experience

What you'll bring

• Experience leading recruitment teams in a large, multidisciplinary organisational environment
• Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience across diverse role types
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment challenges
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
