Ready to lead a team that keeps essential disability and aged care services running smoothly? We’re seeking a people-focused Team Leader: Workforce Scheduling to lead workforce scheduling across a designated regional cluster within our Disability & Aged division. Working closely with Service Delivery Leads and Regional Managers, you’ll guide a team of four schedulers to deliver efficient, compliant rosters that meet client needs and support exceptional service delivery. What you’ll do
As a Team Leader in our Workforce Scheduling team you’ll:
• Lead and support a team of workforce schedulers to deliver high-quality, client-focused service.
• Oversee the creation and management of compliant, client-focused rosters, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with funding arrangements and organisational requirements.
• Resolve scheduling challenges and drive continuous improvement across rostering processes.
• Monitor scheduling performance and resolve real-time rostering challenges, ensuring a consistent and responsive experience for clients and employees.
• Promote a safe and supportive work environment, ensuring rosters align with safe work practices
What you’ll bring
• Experience in workforce scheduling and rostering, with a strong understanding of workforce planning principles.
• Demonstrated experience managing rosters across multiple funding streams and service requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
• Certificate IV in Leadership, Frontline Management, or equivalent (highly regarded).
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
• Proficiency using Carelink and other workforce scheduling systems.
• Leadership experience will be highly regarded.
