About the Role:

As a Trainer in our Commercial Programs Team, you will deliver engaging, practical, and impactful training to staff from Employment Service Providers and Corporate clients. The programs are delivered in 2- to 4-day formats across Victoria, with occasional interstate travel to meet client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Mental Health First Aid and Conflict Management/Personal Safety training programs.
  • Facilitate interactive and learner-focused workshops for diverse audiences.
  • Tailor training to meet the needs of Employment Service Providers and corporate clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training content and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with RTO standards and training requirements.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (not essential but highly welcomed )
  • Standard Mental Health First Aid Instructor and/or Conflict Management training is essential.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Proven ability to engage and inspire diverse learner groups.
  • Experience delivering training in workplace or corporate settings.
  • Willingness to travel across Victoria and occasionally interstate.
  • A valid driver’s licence and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
