genU is looking for a purpose-driven and adaptable Trainer to open doors through education. As a trainer you'll share your skills, inspire learners and make a real impact across Perth and WA.

What you’ll do

As a Trainer, you’ll engage with a different cohort each week and deliver short, industry specific, job ready programs across areas such as:

• Digital & business skills - computer basics, digital literacy, business support, cusomter service, retail, and preparing for employment
• Hospitality - bar and gaming service, casual dining, cafe and casual dining, food production essentials.
• Cleaning & Housekeeping - commercial cleaning, health and hygiene, housekeeping and industry readiness.
• Horticulture - practical skills for entry-level horticulture roles.
• Contruction & Renewable Energy - Consutrionct sector essentials, workplace safety and solar/tech readiness.
• Warehouseining & Production - warehousing, pick packing, food manufacturing and process work.

These courses give learners the chance to take a small step that leads to big opportunities - helping them become job-ready, grow their confidence and achieve lasting change.

What you’ll bring

• You’re a qualified trainer (TAE40116 or equivalent) who loves helping others succeed.
• Clear communicator with great people skills, organisation and initiative.
• Comfortable with tech and able to manage course materials, reporting and assessments independently.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
