PAY RANGE: genU Training Enterprise Agreement General Staff - $37.08 - $42.44 per hour + 11.5% super

Due to an internal promotion, a new opportunity has opened up at genU! We’re on the lookout for a passionate and organised Training Coordinator to join our dedicated genU Training team.
genU Training is a division of genU that delivers valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses. We also advocate for expanded education and training options to people who live with a disability, long-term unemployed and those most vulnerable in the community!
As the Training Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development, implementation, and execution of new and emerging training programs within genU Training's strategy. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality education to diverse audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordinating accredited and non-accredited short courses in diverse fields.
- Ensuring ASQA compliance and driving continuous improvement.
- Delivering dynamic training sessions tailored to client and community needs.
- Identifying opportunities to expand genU Training's presence locally and nationally.
- Organising trainers, venues, and supplies for successful course delivery.
- Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with management and supporting effective execution.
This role requires occasional state based and interstate travel
About You:
The Training Coordinator will show high level problem solving, organisation and time management skills. You will be a people person, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and in collaborative team.
Essential Requirements include:
- Understanding of units of competency and accredited training/assessment
- Solid understanding of relevant quality and regulatory frameworks
- Strong administration and office management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in the development, coordination, and review of nationally recognised training
- NDIS Screening Workers Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge and experience within an RTO is highly desirable.
