About us
As part of not-for-profit organisation genU, we deliver job-ready and nationally recognised qualifications that produce real results for job seekers, career changers, and employers. We work with individuals, job service providers, and businesses to provide tailored training programs.
The role
We’re looking for a bright and organised Training Coordinator to join our Adelaide office. You’ll be the first point of contact for trainers, students and coordinators, helping courses in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care and more run smoothly from start to finish.

About you
You’re organised, approachable, and a natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and support both trainers and students. Experience in the VET sector or people-focused roles (like retail management or training) is highly valued.
