Location: Wadawurrung Land – Geelong (Hybrid, 1 day WFH) 
Salary: 41.84 hourly + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits

Hey you! 

genU Training is looking for a bright and organised Training Coordinator to join our Geelong office. You’ll be the first point of contact for trainers, students and coordinators, helping courses in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care and more run smoothly from start to finish. 

What you’ll do: 

• Coordinate accredited and non-accredited courses, from enrolment to completion 
• Support trainers with scheduling, resources and student progress 
• Conduct pre-training reviews, testing, and eligibility checks for prospective students 
• Use systems such as VETtrak (SMS) and Canvas (LMS) 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, trainers and community partners

• A genuine focus on supporting the success of your team, trainers and students

Bonus points for  

• Understanding of training or previous RTO experience 
• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
