Salary: 41.84 hourly + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits

Activ Pathways (a genU company) is looking for a bright, organised and people-focused Training Coordinator to join our Bentley office. In this role, you’ll coordinate the delivery of high-quality accredited training programs across WA, supporting jobseekers, existing workers and school students to ensure every program runs smoothly from planning to completion.

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate nationally recognised qualifications and skill sets, from enrolment through to completion
- Organise trainers, venues, resources and everything needed for smooth delivery
- Build strong communication and relationships with students, trainers, schools and partners
- Keep compliance on track and contribute to continuous improvement
- Assist in identifying opportunities to grow our training presence across WA
What you’ll bring:
- A positive attitude, people-first approach, and strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High-level problem-solving, organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, varied role while managing multiple priorities
- Strong administration skills and confidence with computer systems
- Knowledge or experience within an RTO environment
Bonus points for
- Experience coordinating nationally recognised training or other adult education
- Understanding of units of competency, accredited training/assessment, and regulatory frameworks
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
