 genU Training is looking for a proactive Training Coordinator to support and grow our Training U For Work (TUFW) programs. You’ll work with the TUFW Manager to deliver high-quality training, build strong industry and employment service partnerships, and identify opportunities that help people achieve meaningful employment outcomes. 

 

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with hybrid flexibility (1 day WFH) and a genuinely supportive national team. This role is fairly flexible on location – we'll just need you to be based nearby to a ‘MatchWorks’ office.  

What you’ll do: 

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with employment services, industry, and community partners 

  • Coordinate training programs, including trainers, venues, and resources 

  • Identify and create opportunities to expand TUFW programs and partnerships 

  • Analyse labour market trends to inform future program development 

  • Assist in developing proposals, project plans, and business cases for new initiatives 

  • Collaborate with the TUFW Manager and internal teams to deliver programs successfully 

 

What you’ll bring  

  

  • Experience working with employment service providers, recruitment, or workforce programs 

  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills 

  • Ability to identify opportunities for program growth and partnership development 

  • High-level problem-solving and time management capability 

  • A customer-focused approach and ability to work to deadlines 

  

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
