The Opportunity

We’re seeking an energetic, people-focused Training Manager to lead our Adelaide operations. This is your chance to guide a small, dynamic team, build strong industry relationships, and play a key role in shaping the future of vocational education in your region. With plenty of room to grow, you’ll have the opportunity to expand genU Training’s footprint and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and support a small team of trainers and training coordinators, ensuring courses run smoothly and meet funding and regulatory requirements while fostering high performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local industry, employment, and training providers to create new business opportunities.
Work alongside the business development team and directly engage with prospects to promote genU Training.
Oversee course planning, delivery, and evaluation to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners.
Promote the genU Training brand locally and help grow our Adelaide presence.

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership experience in managing and motivating teams in a performance-driven environment.
Training, VET, or RTO management background highly desirable; transferable skills welcomed.
Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; approachable and collaborative.
Strategic thinker who adapts easily to change and thrives independently in a developing market.
