genU Training is seeking an energetic, people-focused Training Manager to lead our Adelaide operations. This is your chance to guide a small, dynamic team, build strong industry relationships, and play a key role in shaping the future of vocational education in your region. What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and support a small team of trainers and training coordinators, ensuring courses run smoothly and meet funding and regulatory requirements while fostering high performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local industry, employment, and training providers to create new business opportunities.
  • Work alongside the business development team and directly engage with prospects to promote genU Training.
  • Oversee course planning, delivery, and evaluation to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners.
  • Promote the genU Training brand locally and help grow our Adelaide presence.

These courses give learners the chance to take a small step toward big opportunities - building confidence and hands-on skills to become job-ready and achieve meaningful change through employment.

 

What you’ll bring

  • Strong leadership experience in managing and motivating teams in a performance-driven environment.
  • Training, VET, or RTO management background highly desirable; transferable skills welcomed. A Training & Assessment qualification would be ideal.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; approachable and collaborative.
  • Strategic thinker who adapts easily to change and thrives independently in a developing market.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
