What you’ll do
As a Workforce Scheduler, you’ll play a key role in planning, preparing, and managing rosters that ensure clients receive high-quality, consistent care.
Additionally, you will:
- Develop and maintain efficient, compliant rosters that align staff availability with client needs and funding agreements.
- Work collaboratively with Service Delivery Leads, Regional Managers, and program teams to ensure workforce coverage across multiple programs.
- Support a seamless client experience by delivering timely, professional, and client-focused scheduling support.
- Respond to real-time scheduling issues, coordinate shift changes, and minimise service disruption.
- Maintain accurate data in workforce management systems and ensure compliance with relevant awards, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
What you’ll bring
You’re a natural organiser and communicator, with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering great outcomes for both clients and staff.
You’ll also have:
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Health, Community Services, or a related field (essential)
- Experience in workforce scheduling, rostering, or resource allocation, including the use of Carelink ideally in aged care, disability, or healthcare
- Proficiency in scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of industrial awards and relevant compliance frameworks
- A commitment to safe work practices and a client-first approach
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (required)
