Are you looking for a casual rostering role where you can put your organisational and coordination skills to work, supporting smooth scheduling and great service outcomes?
genU is looking for a client focused, efficient and professional Workforce Scheduler to plan, prepare and manage designated rosters to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients within genU’s Disability and Aged business division.

 

 

What you’ll do

 

As a Workforce Scheduler in our Client Services team, you’ll:
•    Deliver client-centred scheduling that supports continuity of care and positive outcomes.
•    Develop and maintain compliant, efficient rosters aligned with client and workforce needs.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to manage scheduling changes and resolve issues promptly.
•    Ensure compliance, data accuracy, continuous improvement, and safe work practices. 

 

 

What you’ll bring


•    Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Health Services, Community Services or a related field
•    Experience in human services, aged care, disability or healthcare (highly regarded)
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)

 

 

Bonus points for 


•    Demonstrated experience in workforce scheduling, rostering or resource allocation
•    Proficient in scheduling platforms (Carelink) and Microsoft Office Suite
