Hey you!
We’re seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead service delivery across the greater Hobart region within our Disability & Ageing Services division. We’re looking for a true leader, someone confident in navigating ambiguity, driving innovation, and inspiring teams across multiple locations.
You will ensure services are high quality, client-centred, compliant and financially sustainable, while fostering a high-performance culture among Service Delivery Leaders and frontline staff. Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, families and community stakeholders are essential.
At genU, we’re a profit-for-purpose organisation, reinvesting our success back into programs to create real social impact. From disability and aged care support to community-focused initiatives, we’re here to help people live their best lives.
We're open to flexible hours, part-time, or job share arrangements – because great people thrive in different ways.
What you’ll do
As a Regional Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and support geographically dispersed teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred services
- Align regional service delivery with genU’s strategic direction, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
- Manage budgets, KPIs and resources effectively to meet financial and service targets
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, implementing best practices and navigating change confidently
- Foster strong relationships with staff, clients, families and community stakeholders to build engagement and trust
- Provide clear leadership in dynamic and evolving environments, maintaining resilience and adaptability
- Represent genU within the Tasmanian community, leveraging local knowledge to enhance service outcomes
- Travel as required to support teams, services and community connections across the region
What you’ll bring
- Tertiary qualification in disability or related field or a minimum Certificate IV in Disability with substantial experience
- Current Australian Driver’s License
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
