What you’ll do
As a Sessional Trainer in our Training U For Work team, you will:

Plan and deliver short, hands-on training that builds practical skills, workplace readiness, and learner confidence while supporting diverse learners

Manage course materials, reporting and assessments independently

Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
You may deliver training in your area of expertise, including:

Digital & Business Skills – computer basics, digital literacy, customer service, retail, business support

Hospitality – bar and gaming service, café and casual dining, food production essentials

Cleaning & Housekeeping – commercial cleaning, health and hygiene, housekeeping
-
Horticulture – entry-level practical horticulture skills
-
Construction & Renewable Energy – construction sector essentials, workplace safety, solar readiness

Warehousing & Production – warehousing, pick packing, manufacturing and process work
What you’ll bring
-
TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) - Essential
-
Recent hands-on industry experience in your area of expertise (relevant qualification(s) desirable)
-
A collaborative, organised, people-focused approach
-
Confidence using basic technology for reporting and materials (Canva experience a bonus)
Additional requirements
-
Travel across Perth metro and regional WA (typically Bunbury and Busselton).

Current driver’s license and own vehicle to transport equipment, plus the ability to lift up to 20kg
-
Positive, solutions focused approach when working with people from all backgrounds
(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, and Working With Children Check – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
