We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join genU’s People & Culture team and drive strategic hiring initiatives across Victoria and Tasmania.  We’re looking for a confident operator who can drive sourcing excellence, deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and ensure full compliance within a highly regulated environment.

You’ll work with a diverse portfolio across Disability, Aged Care, Corporate, using SAP SuccessFactors as your core platform.

What you’ll do 

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment across a high-impact portfolio, partnering closely with senior leaders.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract talent in competitive markets, using direct sourcing and talent pooling.
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, aligning every interaction with genU’s purpose and values.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity meets internal policy and external compliance standards (e.g. WWCC, NDIS, VEVO, police checks).
  • Use SAP SuccessFactors to manage requisitions, reporting, and pipeline visibility with precision.

 

What you’ll bring 

  • Proven experience in an internal recruitment or talent acquisition role within complex, multi-site organisations
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing and workforce planning, with the ability to anticipate and respond to market trends
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding in regulated environments
  • Confident working with applicant tracking systems (SAP SuccessFactors highly regarded)
  • Influential communicator who builds trust and delivers results in partnership with stakeholders

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, ability to hold PRODA Access – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
