We are looking for passionate Trainers to join the team! We wanted to open this ad up and encourage WA based Trainers of all backgrounds and experience, who are looking for new opportunities to send through their details to us and express their interest. What you’ll do  

As a Trainer in our team, you will:

• Support learners from diverse backgrounds, including those new to the industry and existing  professionals.  

• Share real-world insights from your professional experience to create an engaging, relevant, and practical learning environment.  

• Collaborate with our training teams to continuously enhance course delivery and learner experience. 

   

What you’ll bring  

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent). 

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a genuine passion for professional development and lifelong learning. 

• Confidence in delivering engaging face-to-face and online sessions and managing digital learning tools effectively. 

 

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
